Thank you for visiting and shopping at Islashboutique.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
WE PROVIDE WORLD WIDE SHIPPING
By processing your order and payment you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.
All orders are processed and packed within 72 hours of the order being placed. Excluding weekends and public holidays. Expect deliveries to arrive within 14 business days of purchase unless there are unexpected delays.
AUSTRALIA SHIPPING COSTS:
Free standard shipping for Online Courses.
Shipping is calculated through Australia Post at checkout based on the weight of products.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on external circumstances.
ESTIMATED AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING TIMES:
Express Post: 1-3 business days
Standard Post: 2-14 business days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
Once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
If you haven't received a tracking email from us, please contact support@islashboutique.com and we will look into this further.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave your parcel in a safe place, if for some reason it seems unsafe they will leave a card and take your parcel to your local Australia Post office or attempt a redelivery.
SHIPMENT OF COURES:
For all course purchases please allow up to 10 business days for all items to arrive. Due to the number and size of products with courses they may be shipped in different consignment numbers. We may ship up to 5 packages at a time with any one course enrolment. If you require further tracking or updates on your shipment please contact our team via email support@islashboutique.com.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING TERMS
- Delivery costs will vary depending on the weight of the parcel and country. Islashboutique use both Express and Standard Postage which includes tracking. If an alternative form of postage is required contact customer service to discuss options.
- If an international order is entitled to a GST refund. This will occur after payment and before order has been posted.
- You must pay the shipping by provided payment options at the time of submitting the Order. Islashboutique accepts Visa or Mastercard.
- Free postage over $100 is for parcels sent to an Australian address only
- Some parcels sent overseas will be quarantined by Customs until an additional fee is paid to Customs to release the parcel to you. Please check the applicable Custom laws in your country before placing your order. Islashboutique is not liable to pay such fees and is not responsible for the rejection of your parcel
CUSTOMS TAXES:
Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. Islashboutique are not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. Islashboutique does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Above delivery times can vary depending on the time of the year, holiday periods, weekends, severe weather and other external circumstances. We are not responsible for stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Islashboutique cannot offer reimbursement for this package.
Islashboutique will not be responsible for stolen or damaged packages left on premises. If there isn't a safe place for the package to be left you must communicate with the courier.
UTILISING ISLASHBOUTIQUE PAYMENT PLAN PARTNERS
We offer multiple payment plan options, including ZEEFI, ZIP, HUMM, Afterpay, and Payright. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly understand the terms and conditions of the chosen payment plan before proceeding. By proceeding with the payment plan, the customer acknowledges and accepts all terms, including any potential shipment delays. Please note that when using ZIP, HUMM, Afterpay, and Payright for courses, there will be no delays in the shipment of products. However, if the customer opts for ZEEFI, we (Islashboutique) reserve the right to delay the delivery of certain products and certification until a suitable payment threshold has been reached on their account. For eyelash extension courses, including the beauty bed and ring light, if an upfront deposit is paid, the kit will be sent out separately. The remaining items, such as the beauty bed and ring light, will be delayed until 80% of the payments have been successfully completed. Please note that these conditions are subject to change at any time based on the account holder's standing.
